Xavier Richard Hay

Xavier Richard Hay, the son of Christopher and Jennifer (Johnson) Hay, was born February 18, 2024 at Women’s Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE and passed into Heaven on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Children’s Nebraska in Omaha, NE at the age of 5 months and 12 days. Honorary casket bearers will be the many caregivers, “The Heart Hero’s” at Children’s Hospital in Omaha.

A private family service will be held.

In Xavier’s 163 days with us, he cherished the time getting read to by his brothers, especially the book “Little Bear Won’t Sleep”, snuggling with his mom, dad, brothers, grandma, aunts, and uncles, and got to take a ride in a wagon from his brothers just the day that he passed. In the short time he was here on earth, he brought so much joy to so many people and will be forever XAVIER STRONG.

Xavier will forever be cherished by his parents, Christopher and Jennifer Hay of Roselle, IA; three brothers: Skyler Hay and fiancé Kali Warnke, Ledger Hay, and Jaeger Hay all of Roselle; maternal grandparents, Vicky and Gene Tigges of Carroll, IA; aunts and uncles: Diane Hay, Richie (Lisa) Hay, Mike (Heather) Hay, Donna Diekmann, Angel Hay (Travis Rowland), Julie (Lonnie) Miller, Jessie (Joel) Tigges, Janyce (Gerry) Majerus, Jill (Justin) Potthoff, Joy (Bradley) Vonnahme, Mick Johnson, Tara Tigges, and Tasha Tigges; several cousins, other relatives and friends.

Xavier will be joined eternally in Heaven by his maternal grandpa, Thomas Randall Johnson; and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Phyllis Eamoline Hay.
