Wanda Lee Brown - Heuton

Wanda Lee Brown Heuton, age 61, of Glidden, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden with Pastor Rick Hamilton officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service. Born on October 7, 1951 in New Albany, Indiana she was the daughter of Chester and Melba (Upton) Raymond. She grew up in California and graduated from high school in Long Beach, California. She was married to Norman Heuton on September 27, 2010. Wanda Lee had worked for the Carroll Health Center Nursing Home and the Super 8 East in Carroll. Wanda enjoyed camping, sewing, knitting, her dogs Duke and Willey, and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband Norman Heuton of Glidden; a son Chris Brown of Sacramneto, California; a step son Bill Heuton of Glidden; four grandchildren; a sister Diana Cook of Sacramento, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Juanita Stroud – Kyle and Suzana Raymond, and two brothers: John Lambert and Steven Raymond.
