Timothy L. Fredrickson, age 53, of Carroll passed away unexpectedly at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines on Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, February 22, 2010 at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll with Pastor Bergstrom of St. John Lutheran Church in Carroll officiating. Friends may call at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll from 5 – 7 P.M. on Sunday. Born on April 20, 1956 at Des Moines he was the son of Anne (Larson) and Dean Fredrickson. He graduated from Carroll High School in 1974 and attended and graduated from the University of Iowa in 1978. Tim lived in Texas and Florida and returned to Iowa in 2001 to care for his father after the passing of his mother. He was married to Debbie Beaulieu October 1, 2005 at a lakeside ceremony at Lake View. He was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan. He enjoyed walking and bike riding on the Saulk Trail at Swan Lake with his wife Debbie. Surviving are his wife Debbie of Carroll; his father Dean of Lake View; two step sons: George III and Charles Beaulieu both of Bangor, Maine; a sister Lisa Brinker of Lake View; his mother-in-law Jan Mattson of Bucksport, Maine; two sisters-in-law: Kim Moran of Bangor, Maine, and Jaye Wiegold and her husband Michael of Herndon, Virginia; a brother-in-law David Miller and his wife Julie of Alburgh, Vermont; two nieces: Stacy and Melanie Brinker of Denver, Colorado; a nephew Greg Brinker of Carroll, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and his cat Buddy. Tim was preceded in death by his mother, his grandparents, and his cat Naranja.
