Ruby M. Keeler

Ruby Martha Keeler, age 79, of Carroll passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020 at Accura Healthcare of Carroll.

A private graveside service will be held at the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery in Glidden.   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be mailed to Ruby’s sister at:  Carol Caylor  1081 NW 250 ^th St.  Holden, Missouri 64040.  The Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden is entrusted with arrangements and online condolences may be left for Ruby’s family at www.dahnandwoodhouse.com

Ruby was born on July 29, 1940 in Glidden, IA, and was the daughter of Edward and Hazel (Rabb) Keeler.  She grew up in the Glidden and Carroll area.  Ruby lived at New Hope Village in Carroll for most of her adult life where she had many friends and received excellent care.  She enjoyed needle craft, embroidery, and ceramics.  Ruby also enjoyed her job of cleaning at several local business through the New Hope Village Work Program and she was a member of the New Hope Village Choir.  Ruby had a kind and loving heart.

Ruby is survived by her sister Carol Caylor of Holden, Missouri, and a brother Louis Keeler. She was preceded in death by her parents and her older brother Donald Keeler.
