Paulette Phillips, age 76, of Carroll, IA, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2024 at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll. Paulette will be laid to rest next to her grandmother at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines, Iowa.
