Martha Ann Mcatee

Martha Ann McAtee, age 81, of Grand Junction, IA, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson surrounded by her family.

According to Martha’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Scranton.

Martha was born on November 20, 1942 in Fairfield, IA, and she was the daughter of Charles and Lucille (Perrnuo) Hilding.  She grew up in Davenport, IA, and she was raised by her aunt Rosa Bell.

Martha is survived by her four children: Mike McAtee of Grand Junction, Chris Schulze (Jeff) Scranton, Lori Littell (John) of Missouri, and Jamie Boateng of Des Moines; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; a sister Mary and a brother Billy; and several nieces and nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Lucille Hilding; and her husband James McAtee.
