Joseph A. Mccloskey

Joseph Anthony McCloskey Jr., age 61, of Jefferson, passed away on July 25, 2017 at the Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson. Burial will be held in Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Scranton. Born on July 8, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Joe was the son of Joseph A. and Princess (Cupp) McCloskey. He grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. After school, he worked construction and woodworking for various contractors. Joe moved to Iowa in 1980 and lived in Perry until he moved to Jefferson. Joe enjoyed spending time woodworking and had a shop at his home. Joe is survived by his daughter Lacey Clark (C.J.); two grandchildren: Rowan and Manin Clark; and several cousins. Joe was preceded in death by his parents.
