He never had a real occupation but he enjoyed shredding paper in the in the paper shredding machine at New Hope Village. He was born on April 21, 1945 at Council Bluffs, Iowa and was the son of James C. and Elizabeth (Totten) Neal. Jimmy was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Carroll. He has always been a cowboy at heart and an avid western fan, especially the Long Ranger and Gun Smoke. Jimmy is survived by his sister Vicki Schuler and husband Robert of Council Bluffs; a brother Daniel Neal and wife Leslie of Tulsa, OK; a special friend he called his “wife” Cathy Bronzinski of Manning; and by many close “family” and friends from New Hope Village.
