Jack Parks Brown

Jack Parks Brown, age 79, of Breda, Iowa, passed away on July 11, 2025.

In keeping with Jack’s wishes and the kind of man he was, no formal services will be held. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Jack was born on November 7, 1945 in Des Moines, Iowa, and was the son of Tom and June (Parks) Brown. He was originally from Altoona, Iowa, and most recently resided in Breda. He graduated from North High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Drake University. He spent many of his years in both Colorado and Belize. Those who knew Jack will remember his quiet presence, steady spirit, and the care he showed to those around him. He had a deep and thoughtful heart.

Jack is survived by his brother James Brown (Ranee); sister Kathy Brown; niece and nephew: Jamie Martin, Alex Brown, and others who loved him dearly.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents Tom and June Brown.
