Funeral Services for Emmert “Pete” Petersen, age 87 of Coon Rapids, will be 10:30 AM, Friday, January 6, 2012, at Ascension Lutheran Church in Coon Rapids. Visitation is Thursday, January 5, 2012, from 5 PM to 7 PM, at the Johnson & Woodhouse Funeral Home in Coon Rapids. Burial will be in the Scranton Township Cemetery. Pete died late Tuesday at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll. Survivors include: His wife; Juanita Petersen of Coon Rapids; his children: Vicki Garnes of Coon Rapids; Judy Bishop of Carroll; Donna Seaman of Marshalltown; Robert Killeen of Audubon and Pat Burt of Webster City; 13 Grandchildren and 21 Great-grandchildren.
