Connie Krause

Connie Rae Krause, age 49, of Carroll passed away on Monday, December 19, 2011 at her home in Carroll. Born on June 1, 1962 at Carroll, Iowa, she was the daughter of Frank and Norma(Kitt) Krause. She grew up in California and Colorado and returned to Carroll in 1995. She graduated from High School in Arvada, Colorado. She was a member of Faith Fellowship in Carroll. Connie did volunteer work at Mallard View in Carroll. She loved arts and crafts and caring for her flowers. She was a devoted mother and dearly loved her two children. Connie is survived by a son Nicholas Biechler of Carroll; a daughter Briana Biechler of Carroll; her parents Frank and Norma Krause of Lake City, Iowa; a sister Annette Slate and her husband Robert of Ft. Collins, Colorado; a brother Douglas Krause and his wife Denae of Knoxville, Tennessee; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grand parents. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, December 30, 2011 at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll with Pastor Scott Weber of Faith Fellowship in Carroll officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 P.M. on Friday until the time of service.
