Brennan James Collum

Brennan “B-Bug” James Collum, 18 months old, passed away at his home unexpectedly on October 17, 2007 in Carroll. Brennan is the son of Kimberly Collum of Carroll. He was born on April 12, 2006 at Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll. He loved his stuffed puppy Toby and his favorite blanket he always had close by. Surviving are his mother Kimberly Collum and her fiancé James Warnke of Carroll; his grandmother “Mema” Mona Berg of Brookings, South Dakota; his grandfather Brad Collum of Sheldon, Iowa; two aunts: Lisa and Jenny Collum of Brookings, South Dakota; and his great grandparents Donald and Ginger Berg of Webster City, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, October 22, 2007 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll with Pastor David Anthony and Pastor Brian Licht officiating. Organist for the service will be Janet Hoff and the congregation will sing. Friends may call at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll after 5:00 P.M. on Sunday where there will be a prayer service held at 7:00 P.M.. The casket will be moved to the church at 8:30 A.M. on Monday for visitation until the time of service. Burial will be in the Carroll City Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in Brennan’s name and memorials may be left at the funeral home or the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home of Carroll, Iowa.
