Beulah Louise Reinhart

Beulah Louise Reinhart, age 84, of Glidden passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at Regency Park Care Center in Carroll. Born on December 27, 1922 at Guthrie County, Iowa, she was the daughter of Thomas Wayde and Martha Ellen (Pulver) Freesh. She grew up on a farm South of Bayard and graduated from Bayard High School in 1941. She was married to Frank LeRoy Reinhart on November 2, 1942 in Maryville, Mo. The couple lived in Harlan, Quimby, and Coon Rapids before moving to Glidden. Beulah was a devoted farm wife who loved animals, farm work, and raising livestock. She had belonged to several women’s card clubs over the years. Beulah was affiliated with Grace Baptist Church in Glidden and the Church of Christ in Scranton. Surviving are four children: Elaine Peebles and her husband Don of Clermont, Florida, Keith Reinhart and his wife Ruby of Scranton, Leslie Reinhart of Scranton, and Jeanette Sargent and her husband Chet of Scranton; a foster son Ralph Swink and his wife Judy of Grimes, Iowa; a sister Maxine Botts and her husband Frank of Perry; a sister-in-law Arlene Huffman of Carroll; four grandchildren; and three foster grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a grandson Matthew Reinhart. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, October 29, 2007 at the Church of Christ in Scranton with Pastor Bob McKnight and Pastor Rick Hamilton officiating. Organist for the service will be Mrs. Trish Roberts. Friends may call at the Dahn & Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden after 5PM on Sunday where there will be a prayer service held at 7 PM. The casket will be moved to the church at 11:30 AM on Monday to lie in state until the time of service. Casket bearers will be Carlan Peters, Mike Molle, Jason Olberding, Bob Molack, Adam Kent, and Bob Bauer. Honorary Angel Casket bearer Matthew Reinhart. Honorary casket bearers will be her grandchildren: Monte Reinhart, Debbie McGuire, Sherri Hudson, and Donna Peebles. Burial will be in the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery near Glidden. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden.
