Amelia Ida Balk

Amelia Ida Balk, the daughter of Michael Balk and Rebecca (Orton) Bouquet was born and passed into heaven on July 22, 2024 at Mercy One Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll and online condolences may be left for the family at www.dahnandwoodhouse.com

Amelia will forever be cherished by her parents, Michael Balk and Rebecca Bouquet both of Carroll, IA; brother, Dominic Bouquet of Carroll; maternal grandparents, Ken and Kathy Myers of Carroll; paternal grandparents, Ron and Patty Johnson of Gilman, IA and Jeff and Monica Balk of Des Moines, IA; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Amelia will be joined eternally in heaven by her twin sister, Cecilia Rose Balk.
